B2B Software Sales Executive

This opportunity is for a self-motivated and action-oriented sales professional (not a biz dev person) who has proven sales talent and who wants to expand their high-tech knowledge of (or even enter) the technology market. We will train you in our product / technology.

Join an awesome sales team and a stable, growing company, and earn a high base + commission. Our office is in Tampa; we will consider remote if nearby to the Tampa area.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain sales pipeline to exceed quota
  • Qualify, organize and contact leads provided to you, and leads you bring to the table
  • Convert leads into opportunities, nurture them, and close deals
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers for upselling
  • Work a sales process of medium complexity with mid to global enterprise customers
  • Generate business by penetrating multiple departments of global accounts

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of sales experience - preferably in the high-tech or software arenas
  • Proven, award winning closer
  • Excellent relationship building and communications/presentation skills to business and technical influencers
  • Confident, independent, with good ideas
  • Motivated while working in a small office

Sales Engineer

As part of the Tech Support Team, the Sales Engineer is our 'person on the ground' responsible for presenting and evangelizing Alachisoft product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers. Your role is to build confidence in Alachisoft's product features and technology infrastructure, and to remove technical objections in the sales cycle.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer/prospects' needs and work closely with the Sales Team to establish Alachisoft's products as the best solution for the customer
  • Present technical demos and custom solutions of Alachisoft products, on-site and on-line
  • Write technical solution oriented proposals
  • Help guide customers through custom integration issues
  • Train customers on use of our products, post-sale
  • Over time, give technical talks at symposia, tradeshows and meetups

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer in the enterprise software industry
  • Strong background in .NET and Java application development
  • High energy person with professional relationship building skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online and social media advertising, email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, tradeshows, meetups and new channels
  • Improve lead conversion through nurturing
  • Create marketing content
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, PPC and SMM for the company's products, in a competitive market, using all the latest, and new, evolving techniques
  • Plan, create, execute and analyze advertising and messages across social media
  • Track competitors' strengths and exploit market opportunities
  • Optimize website visitor engagement, ease of navigation, appropriate content additions, registration pages for content downloads
  • Report performance regularly/accurately

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with disciplined execution, preferably for business software or technical product
  • Experience growing revenue
  • Strong exposure to online marketing techniques and channels
  • Marketing strategy, communications, and positioning knowledge
  • Excellent writing skills for international audience, with flair for delivering convincing communications to technical audiences
  • A confident, outspoken personality
