Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Alachisoft has an immediate opening for Enterprise Sales Account Manager. You'll be working as part of our Enterprise Sales Team. You will focus on selling NCache and TayzGrid to large accounts. Your responsibilities will be to generate, develop and close sales opportunities for NCache and TayzGrid.

Your main role will be to partner with the Enterprise Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities with a focus on large accounts.
  • Seek out strategic partners, finding key stakeholders, and working across the organization to close the deal and identify opportunities to up sell.
  • Understand the product capabilities and partner requirements, and effectively communicate benefits and set expectations with clients.
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Develop and provide custom presentations on Alachisoft enterprise & grid computing solutions to customers to solve their business problems.
  • Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
  • Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide inputs and educate product management, marketing and engineering organizations on customer needs and issues.
  • Frequent travel.

Qualification Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Previous experience selling software or hosted applications in the enterprise space a must.
  • 5+ years Field sales experience in the Technology industry targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Proven ability to obtain large accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  • Confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude.

Inside Sales Representative

Alachisoft has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative. You'll be working as a key member of our inside sales team by developing leads and qualifying opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work with a growing company that is getting amazing traction. You will be working in a team environment, learning best practices, and receiving excellent sales training.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through aggressive cold calling to mid to large size companies.
  • Find leads in other departments/divisions of our current opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads and make demo appointments for senior sales staff.
  • Nurture qualified leads until senior sales staff needs to get involved.
  • Grow into the role of an independent enterprise sales person.

Qualification:

  • 2+ years sales/lead generation experience in Enterprise software market.
  • Experience selling to Directors, CIO's, and VP's at FT1000 companies.
  • Extremely effective selling on the phone in cold calling situations.
  • High energy person with lots of enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess an instinctive talent for selling.
  • Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Word, and Email.

You'll be responsible for presenting and evangelizing Alachisoft product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to build confidence in Alachisoft's product features and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer/prospect's needs and work closely with the sales team to establish Alachisoft's products as the best solution for the customer.
  • Build and present technical demos of Alachisoft products, both onsite and online.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual goals as specified by the management.
  • Write proposal for professional services when needed.
  • Mentor and coach peer Sales Engineers.
