Configure Control Adapter

 
 
You can configure the StorageEdge Control Adapter by simply checking the Automatically update compat.browser files box on the new page that opens.
 
 
 
 
Note: If List Caching does not start automatically, then:             
 
Check the Alachisoft.StorageEdge.Publishing service is in running state.
Identity should have administrator rights on both local server and SharePoint.
 
If you want, you can also manually configure the Page Adapter at a later time by entering the following command in the SharePoint Server’s Command Prompt:
 
"adapterconfig /a"
 
Note: If you have already configured a different Control Adapter, the List Caching will not work.
