Please note that all purchases of Alachisoft products are final. We do not offer any refunds on the purchase of our software products or their annual subscriptions, their annual maintenance, or on 24x7 support.

Instead, we allow you to download a fully working 60-day trial copy of our products totally FREE for evaluation purposes only. This evaluation period can be extended upon request. We also provide free email and phone based technical support during the evaluation period.

All of this is intended to give you ample time to use and evaluate our product and ensure that it meets all your requirements. And, we expect you to purchase our products or their annual subscriptions only after you're fully satisfied with them. Hence, we do not offer any refunds.
