Please note that all purchases of Alachisoft [a LAˊ chi soft] products are final. We do not offer refunds on the purchase of our software products, their annual maintenance, or on 24x7 support.

Instead, we allow you to download a fully working 60-day trial copy of our products totally FREE for evaluation purposes. This evaluation period can be extended upon request. We also provide free email based technical support during the evaluation period.

The intention is to provide ample time to use and evaluate our products and ensure they meet your requirements. We urge you to purchase our products and maintenance/support after you are fully satisfied that they meet your needs.
