Command LineTools

NCache is provided with a good number of command line utilities. Most of them are there to deal with the caches. They provide an efficient way to register, unregister, start, stop and activate caches. They also provide a way to view the list of all registered caches along with their current status. 'genmackeys' is an exception, that generates machine keys.
