Request Quotation

If you opted for the Annual Subscription, you will need to request a quotation to purchase NCache. The same process applies to PAYG subscriptions. This page outlines the quotation process for Azure, but the steps are identical for AWS.

Note

You can also request a new quotation through the NCache Portal, or by reaching out to Alachisoft Sales.

NCache Quotation

  • If you already have a quotation from Alachisoft Sales, you can choose the Enter Quotation option and enter the Quotation ID, click Next and approve it. Otherwise, choose Create Quotation and click on Next.

  • If you choose to request a new quotation, you will be directed to the following page where you need to provide your environment Name, Type, Server Plan, Region, and the number of Servers for as many environments as necessary.

  • You can also opt for 24/7 support on a subscription level.

An annual quotation can be created within the first 15 days of subscription creation. After this period, only a mid-year quotation can be created. A quotation cannot be requested if fewer than 90 days remain until the subscription ends.

  • Click on Preview to review the quotation. If you are satisfied with the generated quotation, click on Submit.

  • You will then get a prompt asking you to confirm your request.

Quotation Request

  • You will get a prompt thanking you for your request. And your Subscription Status will be updated to Awaiting Quotation. Alachisoft Sales will review your quotation and get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email when the quotation has been accepted.

You can also click on Request Quotation and in Enter Quotation paste the Quotation ID provided in the email.

  • Upon recieving this email, you will have to login to NCache Cloud and click on View Quotation where you will see another Quotation Preview. If you have no further concerns, click on Confirm.

If you have concerns regarding the approved quotation, please contact Alachisoft Support.

  • Next, you will be prompted to finalize your purchase, as shown below. To proceed, click Confirm.

  • You will then see a confirmation message prompt indicating the success of your quotation request.

  • After confirmation is processed, your Subscription Status will change to Active, once Alachisoft Accounts approves the Quotation.

24/7 Support Option

Note

You can request additional PAYG Servers by clicking on Configure and increasing the number of servers compared to the original quotation.

24x7 Support

If you want to enable 24/7 Support you can click on the Purchase 24x7 support option. However, you need to keep in mind that you will purchasing support on a subscription level and it is applicable for all previously existing environments. Moreover, if the you create a new environmnet you will be charged for 24x7 support.

  • If you are satisfied with the generated 24/7 quotation click on Confirm.

  • You will then be prompted to Confirm 24x7 Support. Click Okay.

  • Next, you will recieve a 24x7 Request Successful message and your 24x7 Support option on the Subscription Dashboard will be changed to Enabled.

Transaction History

The subscription dashboard allows you to view your tranasaction history as well. The Transaction History option provides a record of all the transactions you've made. It contains the following:

  • Reservation History: This will contain all transactions made as part of your Annual Subscription, their dates, IDs, and cost.

Your Reservation History will also contain the details of your 24x7 purchase transactions.

  • Usage History: This will contain all transactions made as part of your your Annual Subscription and PAYG Subscription, the related environments and costs.

Your Usage History will also contain the details of any transactions for PAYG servers that are a part of your Annual Subscription.
