Upgrade Servers Only
In server-only, you purchase licenses (and not servers), and each plan uses a set number of licenses. This allows you to change server-only plans without a new purchase by using your licenses differently. This licensing model is recommended to customers when they have an extraordinary amount of clients – to avoid them having to buy numerous client licenses.

Alachisoft collaborates closely with customers to ensure a seamless NCache upgrade process. Customers have the option to manually perform the upgrade steps or utilize PowerShell scripts provided by the Alachisoft Support team for an automated upgrade.
Upgrading NCache Servers Only Licenses
The procedure for upgrading NCache Servers Only licenses is same as Clients and Servers. You do not need to update your Clients.
