Remove-CompactType [Deprecated]
This PowerShell cmdlet enables users to remove the objects that are defined as serializable from a cache configuration.
Remove-CompactType -CacheName -Class [-Port] [-Server] [-Credentials] [-NoLogo]
Examples
- This command removes the compact serializable class Customer from the cache configuration of a cache named demoCache.
Remove-CompactType -CacheName demoCache -Class Data.Customer
- This command removes the compact serializable class Customer from the cache configuration of a cache named demoCache on server node 20.200.20.11.
Remove-CompactType -CacheName demoCache -Class Data.Customer -Server 20.200.20.11
- This command removes the compact serializable class Customer from the cache configuration of a cache named demoCache, using security credentials.
