Remove-PortableType
This PowerShell cmdlet enables the user to remove already defined shared data types.
Remove-PortableType -CacheName [-Port] [-Server] [Credentials] [-NoLogo]
Examples
- This command removes the defined shared types for a cache named demoCache.
Remove-PortableType -CacheName demoCache
- This command removes the defined shared types for a cache named demoCache existing on the server 20.200.20.11.
Remove-PortableType -CacheName demoCache –server 20.200.20.11
- This command removes the defined shared types for a cache named demoCache, using security credentials.
Remove-PortableType -CacheName demoCache -Credentials(Get-Credential john_smith)
