Add Existing Local Cache
If you have previously created a local cache (InProc or OutProc) and are unable to see it in the Local Caches tab, you can add the existing cache back to the NCache Management Center without recreating it. This situation commonly occurs after server restarts, configuration changes, or when connecting to a new server node. By using the Add option and selecting the appropriate server node IP, you can import the cache from the list of registered caches on that node. This process is quick and safe, preserves all cache settings and data, and ensures centralized monitoring and management of your distributed caching infrastructure.
Using the NCache Management Center
Launch the NCache Management Center by browsing to http://localhost:8251 or
<server-ip>:8251on Windows and Linux. In the left navigation bar, click on Local Caches. This opens the Local Caches page. It shows any existing local caches and additional details like Server and Server Platform.
To add a registered local cache, click on Add.

- Specify the server's node IP on which the cache is registered. Click Next.

- The next screen displays a list of caches existing on the server node. Select the cache(s) to add and click Finish.

- The added cache is now listed on the Local Caches page.
