Job Description

This is an onsite job opening. Alachisoft currently has an opening as Senior Biz Dev & Account Management Executive for US/Euro Mkts in our highly talented sales team to drive sales. This opportunity is for a self-motivated, passionate, execution-oriented executive.

You are responsible for generating sales pipeline revenue from existing customers and finding new avenues for business growth. This position requires that you meet both quarterly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You must also build and maintain professional relationships with internal company team members.

Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients through renewals & additional business
  • Find new avenues for business growth through partnerships or new market segments
  • Partner with the Client Services team to cultivate relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and technical staff from C-level on down.
  • Partner with the Client Services team to deliver scheduled business reviews to key business contacts to increase awareness and growth around the full suite of Alachisoft products.
  • Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets.
  • Follow-up opportunities until they convert into deals
  • Prepare targeted emails and promotion materials for prospects
  • Articulate company value proposition to customers
  • Execute using company sales methodology, recommend improvements to processes
  • Achieve Monthly and Quarterly KPI’s
  • Work as a self-directed team member

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of overall B2B sales & account management experience
  • BA/BS degree in Technology, Business or equivalent
  • Proven track record with impressive sales numbers
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Proficient with speaking to software DEV & IT engineers
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, detail-oriented, & excellent time management
  • Overwhelming desire to WIN
