Marketplace plans: Hourly, Free Trial, and Multi-Cloud BYOL

Get NCache Cloud from Azure/AWS Marketplaces.

  • Hourly: pay-as-you-go through Marketplace, no licensing to manage. One-year reservation through a private offer, at a lower rate.
  • Free Trial: 30 days, complete product. No size limit, no features withheld, extendable upon request.
  • Multi-Cloud BYOL: use an NCache license you already own. Use for multi-cloud situations or cloud migration from on-prem.

Software and infrastructure are billed separately. Reserve infrastructure for 1-year/3-year at discounted rates from Azure/AWS.

All plans are fully managed, including BYOL.

One-click Multi-region Deployment with WAN Replication

Deploy two sites (two zones or two regions) from the same wizard, and NCache Cloud Bridge keeps them synchronized across the WAN.

  • 1-click deployment, two zones/regions: deploy through the same wizard and just select the multi-site option. Deploy one site in 10 minutes and 2 sites in approx. 20 minutes.
  • Both sites active: applications can talk to their local site, and losing a zone/region leaves the other serving
  • What you provide, and what it costs: a second virtual network in the target region. Cross-region replication traffic is billed to you by your provider and scales with write volume.

One-click Scaling - add or remove servers at runtime, without downtime

Add or remove cache servers while the cache is running.

  • Add/remove servers at runtime: without stopping the cache or your application.
  • Data redistributes as capacity changes
  • Nothing to reconfigure or restart: private DNS picks up the new membership

Automatic scheduled patching and upgrades - fully automated, on a schedule or when you start one

Rolling upgrade means one server is upgraded and restarted, and then the upgrade waits until this server rejoins the cluster before moving on to the next server.

  • Maintenance Schedule: 4-hour window of your choice each month when automatic patching is done. On-demand patching is possible at any time.
  • OS patches (live rolling upgrade): automatic during the scheduled maintenance window.
  • NCache PATCH (live rolling upgrade): automatic during the scheduled maintenance window. On-demand is also possible.
  • NCache MINOR (live rolling upgrade): on-demand by default. Automatic is possible during the scheduled maintenance window.
  • NCache MAJOR (brief downtime): always on-demand. Need a planned window. Must compile the application against the new client SDK. NCache Cloud servers are upgraded with 1-click and done quickly (approximately 10-15 minutes per server). Then, deploy your recompiled application against it.

Runs 100% inside your Cloud Subscription

NCache Cloud is deployed 100% inside your cloud subscription, network, and resource group. Nothing lives outside it.

  • Deployed in a dedicated subnet in your VNET/VPC: isolated by your own security rules
  • Data, logs, and telemetry stay in your environment: none of it copied anywhere else
  • VMs billed directly by Azure/AWS: your infrastructure is billed at your rate, not resold to you
  • No third-party sub-processors: no third party is involved in handling any of your data
  • No external environment to audit: nothing is deployed in the vendor subscription, so no security audit is required.

NCache support has no access until you grant it temporarily. See details on the Security Page.

NCache Cloud Portal - inside your cloud, with integrated security

All the management and monitoring tools run on your own servers inside your cloud environment, all signed in with your own identity provider.

  • NCache Cloud Portal: manage the cloud environment, scaling, maintenance windows, upgrades, and support access
  • NCache Management Center: create and manage the clustered caches
  • Monitoring Dashboards (real-time metrics/logs): monitoring dashboards refreshing every second with a rich set of metrics and logs
  • Nothing runs outside your cloud subscription: there's no vendor-hosted control plane with a path into your environment

Metrics, logs, and traces - Azure Monitor and Amazon CloudWatch with Grafana Dashboards

NCache Cloud appears in your cloud's own monitoring service as a first-class citizen, not through a bridge you maintain.

  • Metrics, logs, and traces: metrics are published by both servers and clients. Logs and traces are published by servers.
  • Use Grafana Dashboards: all metrics and logs published are shown in predefined Grafana dashboards.
  • Correlate against your applications: compare NCache Cloud metrics and logs against your applications side by side.
  • Alerts through the rules you already have: your routing, escalation, and retention policies apply automatically
  • Telemetry never leaves your cloud subscription: it lives inside your cloud network

99.99% Uptime

NCache Cloud is built to run through the failures that take a cache down — a server, a rack, a data center, or an entire region.

  • 99.99% uptime with multi-site: two sites in separate availability zones or regions, synchronized by Bridge, both serving. This is also the shape covered by Microsoft's and AWS's own 99.99% SLA for the infrastructure underneath.
  • Partition-Replica and Replicated Cache: a second copy of every item on another server
  • Unhealthy servers restart automatically: the process recovers in seconds; an unhealthy VM is replaced by Azure VMSS or AWS ASG and rejoins on its own
  • Live rolling PATCH and MINOR upgrade: one server at a time, each verified healthy before the next
  • 24x7 Support (1-hour SLA): for production outages.

No uptime SLA is offered because NCache Cloud runs inside your subscription where you can access it. But 99.99% uptime is guaranteed through NCache Cloud deployment architecture.

Advanced Caching

Built for .NET, not adapted for it. The cache servers are 100% native .NET.

  • Client Cache: a near-cache on your application server or inside your application process, synchronized with the distributed cache
  • Full Data Client Cache: an entire dataset (all “customers”) in the client cache and kept synchronized with the distributed cache
  • SQL and LINQ queries: search the cache based on object attributes, not just by key
  • Tags and Named Tags: organize cached data by tags/named tags and retrieve them as a group
  • EF Core caching: query results caching and reference entity caching
  • IDistributedCache and ASP.NET Core: a drop-in with no code change, plus sessions with multi-site support and intelligent locking
  • SignalR backplane and Pub/Sub messaging with item-level and cache-level events
  • Read-through, write-through/write-behind: runs on the cache servers. Read-through called on cache miss. Write-through/write-behind called on cache add/update.
  • Loader/Refresher: warm the cache at startup. Then, keep it refreshed/current against its source.
  • Clients: .NET 8+, .NET Framework 4.0-4.8, Java, Node.js and Python

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Nobody, unless you approve it. Support access is requested per incident, granted by you for one, two or four hours, and expires automatically. Sessions run live with your team present.

Because NCache Cloud runs in your subscription, where your own changes can affect it — the same reason it's worth buying. Your infrastructure carries Microsoft's or AWS's own SLA. What we commit to contractually is response time.

Yes. Access is governed by Entra ID on Azure and Cognito on AWS. Your groups, conditional access policies and MFA apply, and sign-ins appear in your own logs. No directory credential is stored.

Yes - the BYOL plan. Fully managed, exactly like Hourly; only the licensing differs.

Yes. You'll have no replication, and you'll fall to the lowest infrastructure SLA tier. Two or more is recommended.

Linux, managed for you. Your applications run wherever you run them - Windows or Linux, .NET 8 or .NET Framework 4.8 - against the same API.

Delete the managed application and the environment leaves your subscription. Your data was never held anywhere else, so there's nothing to retrieve.
