Fully managed, 1-click deployment, 1-click scaling, and automatic patching/upgrades, running 100% inside the customer’s Azure/AWS subscription
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
DALLAS, Texas, October 21, 2026 – Alachisoft, the maker of NCache, today announced the release of NCache Cloud on Azure and AWS Marketplaces. NCache Cloud is a fully managed distributed cache with 1-click deployment inside the customer’s own cloud subscription. Google Cloud support is coming soon.
Fully Managed NCache, 100% Inside Your Cloud
NCache Cloud brings NCache, the .NET-native distributed cache, to Azure and AWS as a fully managed service. Deployment, scaling, OS patching, and product upgrades are handled for the customer. Everything runs inside the customer’s own VNET/VPC.
Key capabilities:
- Fully Managed: 1-Click Deployment, Single or Multi-Region. One or two sites across availability zones or regions. Both sites are active, and NCache Bridge keeps them synchronized over the WAN.
- Fully Managed: 1-Click Scaling. Add or remove servers at runtime without any downtime.
- Fully Managed: Automatic Scheduled OS Patching and Product Upgrades. Rolling upgrades for OS patches and NCache MINOR/PATCH releases without any downtime, during a monthly 4-hour custom maintenance schedule. 1-click on-demand MAJOR version upgrades.
- Runs 100% Inside Your Azure/AWS Cloud Subscription. No vendor-hosted control plane. The NCache Support team has no access unless the customer grants it temporarily.
- NCache Cloud Portal with Azure/AWS Security. Sign in with Azure Entra ID or AWS Cognito.
- Metrics and Logs Inside Your Azure/AWS Cloud. Published to Azure Monitor or AWS CloudWatch, with predefined Grafana dashboards.
- 99% Uptime. Two active sites in separate availability zones or regions.
“Our customers want a fully managed cache, but not at the cost of handing their data and infrastructure to a vendor,” said Iqbal Khan, President and Technology Evangelist at Alachisoft. “NCache Cloud gives them both: 1-click deployment and fully managed operations, running 100% inside their own Azure or AWS subscription.”
Availability and Pricing
NCache Cloud is available now on Azure Marketplace and AWS Marketplace. Google Cloud support is coming soon. Marketplace plans include:
- Hourly: pay-as-you-go through Marketplace. No licenses to manage.
- Free Trial (30 days): no size limits or feature limits. Trial extensions available upon request.
- BYOL: use existing NCache licenses for multi-cloud or on-prem-to-cloud migration.
VMs run in the customer’s own account and are billed directly by Azure or AWS, so existing 1- or 3-year infrastructure reservations and savings apply in full.
